It depends. There is no guide for these things. Dad still pays for my medical bills only cuz I can't afford the priviledge that I've been raised in. Other than that I try to pay for my stuff.

But really, my brother has been working for a while now, and he pays for everything himself except his food, though he sometimes takes money from my father when it's necessary, bottom line is: there is no guide for family, no lines and no borders, let the chips fall where they may.
