Grand Hyatt Shanghai

Located on the 53rd to the 87th floor of the Jin Mao Tower.
Has 555 rooms!

Pretty cool!

But I don't think I can handle staying there.
Its too high up!

Whats your favorite hotel?

The best hotel we stayed at was in India, it was for honeymooners, but my parents took all four of us with them.
We got our own game room, and Lake!
And free massages too!
It doesn't get cooler than that!
I cant remember the name, but ill ask my dad and update later!

But my absolute favorite is a little inn we stay at whenever we go to Wales.
Nothing special, but i adore it.
Good memories, good ol times!

well I stayed in a 5 star resort in Orlando, it was basically a fancy apartment and I blogged about it before.

As for hotels....I've stayed in some nice ones but nothing that stands out like this. I've stayed in the Sheraton Towers in midtown Manhattan, that was probably as fancy as it gets for me

My fav hotels would be...emmm..burg il3arab in Dubai..and the banyan tree resorts in general.

Very interesting, I think my favorite hotel has to be the Four Seasons in Istanbul, and the Ritz Carlton in Half Moon Bay.. For the level of service and the uniqueness of the hotel itself!

Well the best one I stayed in was the one & only in both mauritius and dubai, but I would not say they are my favourites. So did not find a favourite yet. I think one of the best things about a hotel is their room service!! Whenever I am in any hotel I have to order some food from the room service, it is the best part of the trip.

I haven't had the chance to spend time in an exotic hotel, but the best I stayed in was just a two-floor thing on Myrtle Beach South Carolina. Totally awesome!

This hotel is scary :/
I love staying in resorts but not hotels!
however if I had to choose my favorite hotel, I will say HOME:
- food is ready any time.
- cloths are clean and ironed.
- get in sleep, wake up leave, come back find everything are clean and tidy..
- free of charge.. etc... and the list goes on.

I had to travel on my own a lot for conferences, so my fav. hotel ended up being anywhere that was small and owner-run, so it had some personality!!

May 3, 2008 at 11:43 PM

Now that's scary, I'm afraid of heights so just looking at it scared me for life off the hotel :/

Hands down the Sanderson hotel in London, its chic/retro modern absolutely love it. Plus couple of boutique hotels in London.. Forgive me I'm a Londener no where else in the world yatris 3ainy..

Looks absolutely awesome.

The best hotel I have stayed in recently was The Shangri Las in Sydney, Australia.

It was great on New Year's eve watching the fireworks from the Bar...

This cute litlle new hotel that opened in late 2006 in Tabour, Czech. It was English owned & run with equisite taste in the antuiqe & unique furniture that decorated the whole place. The family had our 2007 New Years celebration there. :)
