Biker Boys
I tried snapping a pic of this idiot but he was all over the place!
There is nothing more annoying than those idiots on bikes without helmets.
they go down the street at break neck speed and then start showing off by standing on their bikes and acting like clowns!
Its supposedly against the law, but i have never ever seen a cop stop one of those lunatics.
If they want to risk falling and cracking their heads open, kaifhum.
But they are risking the lives of innocent people on the road!
Buy a helmet God damn it !
And stop trying to show off!

a helmet isnt going to prevent anything, bs its the law. If they are so openly defying it they should be stopped, but they are not oo hathi elmoshkila.

The police is not allowed to follow them because it increases the risk of them falling, and worse, crashing into others.

u reminded me once we were at the kout mall and when we went out there were like around a dozen bikes and then real REAL bikers went out like american people wearing leather men and women i dont know what they call them? hippies?? or whatever and they all rode their bikes and i was soooo scarrred!! creepy i dont know what they think they are in?!! America??? for god sake this is kuwait people ride CARS!!!

Its honestly them who ruin the reputation of bikers! A lot of us try hard to remain civil even when we are having some dangerous fun, but to keep it within limits!
These guys are just plain idiots!
The reason police don't stop them is because they would run away and they wouldn't be able to catch them without hurting them, and if a death is caused from the chase then the policeman is held responsible. I think its good they don't chase because we have cowboys for cops who think they can get away with anything.
yeah, im always concerned about their safety & make sure i dont hit them, but do they care? no!
i have no idea how their parents let them drive those things with no helmets & other protection stuff. plus, the police should be strict with them. not by following them, cuz that would only make it worse, but with reinforcing the law & holding them responsible by a harsher punishment. (btw, i dont know what is the punishment for this kind of behaviour, any one knows?)
my cousin, was a real mess one day he had an accident. but he wasn't riding one of those, (he was riding a regular saikal), & i think he had his helmet on too! now, he never lets his younger brother ride any of those! he thnx his God he's still alive.
