Sleep Remedies

I need to fix my sleep. My biological clock apparently broke.
And now my whole life is messed up.

Anyone have any sleeping remedies.
Im up for anything short of popping pills

try melatonin, it helps tp readjust the natural rythm

Lay in bed.. eb your cumfy sleeping position.. shut your eyes 7ail.. don't move kelesh, even if your nose/eyes/ears starts itching (usual scenario) then you'll fall asleep :p that's what i do! FORCE ME SELF TO SLEEP.

Find a couch.. and say I don't feel sleepy.. you'll sleep :P

mind over body and body over mind

most sleep disorders originate from you little nugget of yours. so even if you are tired you mind doesnt let you sleep. however, two can play that game.

what you need to do is work your body out hard so that your mind wont be able to resist.

long story short: exercise or do something exhausting before heading to bed

I know how it feels trust me! I've got to get to work on tuesday and my biological clock is wacked!

I think I'll just crawl into bed and just will myself to sleep...usually what I do is that I continue on for the rest of the day instead of just falling asleep whenever your tired, try to force yourself to keep going until ex:10pm the next night.

my sleep remedy would be to attend one of my classes in university.. no matter how awake i am as soon as my prof talks i fall asleep :P

so i will ask him if he can come read u a lecture or something :P

la taktheen la pills la shay!! u can do it with out using anything mu shar6 ur watch i use my phone alarm 3indi a7sen min il clock ..gi3day early min 6AM qa9bay ro7ich o la etnameeen ta7mlay then sleep at 9PM or 10PM
