Mothers Day Gift
Every year I try to get my mom something extra nice for mothers day.
I usually have something picked out weeks in advance.
This year i have absolutely no idea what to get her!
and im totally BROKE!
I have to check how much is available in my account, but i know its not much.
I was hoping to get her something from Hermes that she had her eye on for sometime.
Id be lucky law i can get her something from the coop! (ok its not that bad, but its bad!)
I usually buy my aunts something every year too, something small but meaningful.
I'm all out of ideas!

i have the same issue too:S every year,its like my mom has evrything:S:S:S shayeblaha!! but we manage;p, this year im giving her a spa ticket and a diamond set she had her eyes on, im a lil bit broke too but my older sis is helping;p allah e3afeeeha;*!!
ive already given it to her when i saw her last week and told her not to unwrap up until mothers day since im not gonna be with her on the Actual day
i got her a set of her favourite scents,creams and candles from Jo Malone..
i would recommend it =D not only do they smell beautiful but they make great gifts because theyre so beautifully presented and wrapped!
not really that great if youre broke though, hmm =/

why don't you get her and hermes scarf.. minha ina hermes (she wanted hermes) w ina its not THAT expensive (3ala gad ily 3ndich hehe)

I would suggest you get her Arabic perfume sets (the ones that usually comes with incense/bukhoor, mubkhar, oud, perfume and such.. Their prices are KD40 and up... if I am not mistaken...
Flower bouquet and dinner out with the family?!

mmmh, well you could try gettin something thats handmade, you know those are typically inexpensive and sweet
it's not the material that is important, it's the love behind it.
you need to give her part of yourself, something she knows is special for you.
teddy bear, a sunglasses, a bag, a shoe, a hand-made gift.
a poem with a rose would be nice.
p.s. give her after mother's day :P
I don't get my mother anything on mother's day. I find it a silly holiday.
I will not be in Kuwait, but something cute will be delivered to her as a surprise (gift box with 2 dozens of cupcakes decorated with hearts, flowers and her initials), and I will give her Money when I come back! Because she never likes what I get her LOL

Why don't You get pregnant for your mothers day ? That could be y our gift.. For next mothers day You could give the baby as the gift..
I'm planning on some flowers and a day out.. thats my plan.. something simple and an enjoyable day.. thats all I can think of!

well last year i got her a necklaces, this year I am either gonna buy her a dress or i will take her to the mall and let her choose what ever she wants ^^

I NEVER thought u'd be a believer in mother's day! i see u as a "spoil-ur-mom-all-year" type of person :P ok i agree on the SPA VOUCHER coz moms like to be pampered! i bought my mom stuff from hermes and prada when i was in london and already gave her the presents coz she hates moms day :}

ok im running out of time, thought i might find something here! i did the lazyass get her a spa voucher thing before. i need to think bs mokhy mjayyem.. and theres really no time left. i might get her flowers and a proper gift later!
Last year I blew up black and white pictures of my nephews and a few of my mom as a baby and framed them. It was cheap and thoughtful. She loved it.
This year my siblings and I are throwing her a party with all her friends.

If you're out of money, how about renting one of her favorite movies and watching it with her? Or make her a nice dinner at home. Moms don't care if you spend money on them - they like spending time with you.
