i tried that with my sister's shoes and i was going to break them. i CAN'T walk in them.it'll look like as if someone was giving me electrick shock with each step. i should show you if i have the chance.
once i was at nine west with my sister and i loved these pair of shoes with a tinnyyy heel that's like i think 2 cms high, i tried walking in them and i was stumbling and the guy was giving me one of them get out looks. So NEVER again!

just like you, i like a good pair of shoes although i'm sure i don't have as many as you do. while some of my friends use a pair of shoes for a good 5 years, i pretty much change mine every year - at most.
cost is not a problem as long as the shoes are comfortable and must look great - of course. ;)
