Umami How Very Unmami

Dear umami cooking school
your customer service is awful
you dont answer our calls
or reply to our emails.
We have been trying to contact you for the past 6 months

It seems you dont want eshda3wa and family to take part in your cooking classes.

Firstly i would like to apologize for all the callers that have been trying to contact us for a while, we have had a very busy six months, so i apologize for not answering your calls. Unfortunately, our school only opens for 5 months out of the year since we are an organization that caters to 4 services. Culinary school, Culinary consultancy (our last project was Ayyame), that takes most of our time since we are trying to create different concepts for your dining pleasures. The T.V show, which is in pre-production, at the moment. A book....oh and a catering service. All this is led by 2 strong women, who work 14 hours a day to make their dream come true, and give back to the community!
nq in regards to your comment about us raising our prices by 180%, we havent changed our prices since we started, and by the way thats how rumors start! our scheduled classes are KD25 per person, and private classes KD65 per person, since its a one on one class. Its always been like that since we started!all of you are welcome to shoot me an email (with your full name, as we do have a screening process)at sn@umamiq8.com
Regards,
Umami Team
