End Of The World Is Near

I joined a gym!

I decided to do something about my back pain.

It hasn't been easy since the last time i exercised was ... well .. never.

And i discovered people haven't been lying to me all those years. It does feel good!

So im hoping ill stick to it.

I don't work out on the machines though. Its just too boring for me!
I mostly take classes, like aerobics and all that jazz.

I prefer riding a bicycle outside than going to the gym any day, but im waiting for the weather to get better.

What about you guys?
Do you prefer outside activities or indoor?

I can't do outside workouts, I'm now doing yoga! I created this routine to do yoga + cardio + strenth all in one hour.. Unfortunately I didn't start it yet!! LOL!! But I am doing yoga!

~the first hour after a good workout is amazing :p you get really high!!

give me outside activities anyday! AND any other country! :-p

I haven't been going to the gym for a few weeks now... and a few months before that!!
but once I get a car I'll start going again... and I do prefer aerobics classes to the other stuff and all that folk rock

Congrats and I wish your back pain is gone ^^ I like both but the weather here doesn't help unless if you want to go swimming :P

try raising the chair when your at work. your patients, not yours. works for many.

I prefer walking bil mamsha than on a treadmill :P Bas i've never done the bike riding in public thing:P maybe bel 7oosh with my little brothers bike though :P haha maybe :P

Definitely outdoors...I never could workout on a machine... Any sport that has a challenge will do for me... Just do not force it.. stick to these rules..

1. Do something

2. Do something you like

P.S. This worked for me ... Exercise your back then stretch ...

for a fact i hate gyms! i mean an indoor place stuffed with ppl on machines! it kills me!
okay i just use the treadmill n then bye bye!

i love swimming.. its my sport n super duper cure for everything.. i if i have any pains i swim.. then it vanishes.. coz u use all the muscles in ur body..

if i wasnt in the gulf i would have gone out for walks everyday in the morning.. or biking.. i love waking up early ..

I prefer outdoors.. but thats hard to do here since im covered and the weather sucks.. so im stuck with indoors

Good for you for going to the gym.. it really does make you feel good and refreshed at the end :)

I need to join a gym :( ..
I used to go before emmm.. emm.. two year yamken if not more lol.. bas makent aroo7 3adel.. my prob is I get bored ebser3a and I need someone to encourage me.. I like working out, but it's difficult to make the time...
and outdoors are definitely better :D

I need to exercise too.. I know the feeling, when I did work out it was a disaster because I kept running out of breath! I do prefer riding a motorcycle :)

Wulla bravo 3alaich! :) Where do you bike? Usually there are too many pedestrians around, no?

Outside is SO much nicer on a good weather day. Plus I think you work up a sweat more outdoors and if you're walking it's healthier to walk on the ground than on a treadmill. Having said that, indoors and at home is great when malich 5ulg itshofeen nass.

Welcome to the healthy world of exercising. You will find the good feeling after the work out very refreshing and addictive. Keep it up.

Myself I prefer indoor workouts. Frankly, Kuwait weather never helps any sort of regular outdoor activity

As for me, I prefer walking outside for 45 minutes daily. I'm fit yes, but being healthy is my goal. So to avoid heart diseases and diabetes I say exercise people exercise ;)

Outside's always more fun, it feels more natural.

But, like you said, the weather and some people are annoying outside.

hey! first time reader.. definitely coming back!
well i'd say a lil of both.. when the weather is nice.. i'd like to take long walks on the beach..
when its 2 cold or too hot.. i like the gym.. (etha mo za7ma).. the classes are amazing.. they get ur heart pumping.. :D.. so a lil of both i guess

I am trying to relate the title of the post with the contents. Maybe you can explain it to me.

I live in KSA and the weather here and the environment does not encourage anybody to do any outdoor activities. so I'll stick to the gym (when I go)
