Book review

THE ADULTERY CLUB

THE HUSBAND
THE WIFE
THE MISTRESS

who's side will you be on?

i finished this book in one day, not because it was so good i couldn't put it down, but because it pissed me off

It was interesting to see the different point of view of each character on the same situation

its a good read

id give it a 7-10

***************************************************************************

Like brutal reality? a Hard look at the mind of a drunk addict, alcoholic and criminal?

Then this is definitely the book for you

I enjoyed the style of the author, his tone, and the picture he paints for the reader

in the words of the evening standard " Frey can write. Brilliantly. and if you don't think so, f*** you" keeping true the the word most used in the book

i give it a 10-10

buy it, read it!

***************************************************************************

If your in the mood for an amazing short story

then read 1001 Nights vows on her blog .

A million little peices one of the best books I've read indeed. It got me tensed in parts and nearly cried in others and many times it drew a smile on my face.

I recommend you read "My friend leonard" by the same author not that is as good as the first book yet it fills some gaps in it.

shotgun!

The Adultery Club sounds interesting -Never heard of it before!

A Million Little Pieces is written by a crook who just exaggerated all his experiences just to increase his book's sales..
Oprah (yes, I watch Oprah. Deal with it!) defamed the author on live TV when his lies were revealed. Still though, the book has had good reviews. It is mostly a work of fiction though..

June 12, 2007 at 2:53 PM

a million little pieces is fake, i saw it when Oprah was pissed off about it being a lie

June 12, 2007 at 7:35 PM

Those kinds of books in the first part are the funniest, the ones you hate but have to finish! The second one's comment made me laugh!! Will be checking out the second one! Thanks!

June 12, 2007 at 10:18 PM

a million little pieces was awesome :P

i read nu9a ib youmain , lost the book , then had to wait a month b4 i found the time to buy it again and started reading it again :P

oo personally i dont get why ppl are pissed its a fake =/ what you mean to tell me SANTA isnt real and hogwarts doesnt exisit ?? @@

its a good read so what if its exaggerated poeple do it all the time when they base a book / movie on real events the only time u cant exaggerate is when ur writing a textbook :P and this was no textbook

June 12, 2007 at 10:45 PM

Ba3ad 3omri msawayatli da3aya! muchas gracias sweetie :D

I haven't read the two books but Im guessing the one about the addict is pretty depressing and the one about adultery is bound to just piss me off too. Anything else you really liked? Im book shopping these days.

June 13, 2007 at 12:06 AM

June 13, 2007 at 4:14 AM

Adultery Club :D Must have.

LoL @ Kinan & Oprah.

Yeah I watch her too. And Dr. Phil :D Lovely people

June 13, 2007 at 7:52 AM

Finally, she's back :)

Don't give me depressing books. I'm reading The Turtle Warrior, 30 pages to go now and it's so damn depressing it's killing me, but it's a good book. Her style is not boring at all. I would recommend it.

June 13, 2007 at 10:22 AM

i bought million little pieces few days ago, and i'm in love with it allready, even i read only few pages,
and to be honest, i don't care what operah says about it or anyone, cuz it's a story at the end, and even if the writer exaggerated and added some non true things about him self, it's still great experiance to go through(the book i mean ;p)
